Getting started
Install the app, log in with your technician credentials, and sync leak types and phrases from the server. Start from today's scheduled interventions or create a new intervention.
Offline mode
Work without network: take photos and notes in basements or utility rooms. Data saves locally and syncs when you're back online.
Troubleshooting
Sync not working?
Check your internet connection, tap the sync button manually, ensure you're logged in, and try closing and reopening the app.
Can't log in?
Verify your username and password with your administrator. Check your internet connection.
AI suggestions not working?
AI requires an internet connection. Check if AI is enabled (contact your admin). Try again after a few seconds.
